Meta Flow States

The most powerful and commonly used flow states in competitive play.

⚡ God Speed

Meta

Best Used When: Pulled wide to the court's edges and need to track shots at the opposite baseline.

🔥 Berserk

Meta

Effect: +80% Power with no defense consideration.

Duration: 10 seconds

Best Used When: Match-point finishes only. High risk of being countered if opponent has Iron Wall ready.

🎯 The Zone

Meta

Effect: +30% to all stats in a balanced buff.

Duration: 12 seconds

Best Used When: Most versatile flow. Use when unsure - the balanced stat boost is always valuable.

💫 Curved Shot

Meta

Effect: Makes all shots unblockable with extreme curve.

Duration: One Shot

Best Used When: Setting up unreturnable winners. Nearly impossible to defend against.

⚡ Lightning Spike

Meta

Effect: +100% Ball Speed with minimal windup.

Duration: One Shot

Best Used When: Aggressive pressure situations where unlimited special usage dominates.

🛡️ Iron Wall

A-Tier

Effect: -50% incoming damage from opponent shots.

Duration: 10 seconds

Best Used When: Defensive response when opponent has flow active. Counter to Berserk.

🏃 Infinite Stamina

Duration: 20 seconds

Best Used When: Relentless aggressive positioning in extended rallies.

⚔️ Samurai

🤿 Super Dive

C/D-Tier Flow States

Lower-tier flows that are situational at best in high-level competitive play.

🌙 Moonball

C-Tier

Effect: +50% bounce height with exaggerated topspin.

Duration: Normal

Issue: Unpredictable trajectory makes it inconsistent in competitive play.

💨 Adrenaline

D-Tier

Effect: +20% speed boost for 5 seconds.

Duration: 5 seconds

Issue: Short duration and modest boost rarely justify the flow slot in high-level play.

👥 Team Spirit

D-Tier

Effect: Shares some stats with nearby teammates.

Duration: 10 seconds

Issue: Degraded version of Adrenaline in 1v1. Has hidden utility in 2v2 but still outclassed.

Common Mistakes

  • Using Berserk when opponent has Iron Wall active (wasted +80% power against -50% incoming)
  • Activating God Speed too early (wasted before crucial distant shot)
  • Saving flows too long and losing with unused resources
  • Using Adrenaline in high-level play (D-tier, minimal effect duration)
  • Using Team Spirit in 1v1 (degraded Adrenaline, no team benefit)
